0460 (2) Provider uses an electronic enrollment system and licensor was not able to confirm children's enrollment recoreds contained emergency contact information, special needs plans when applicable, or permissions, or other required information. When reviewed at later date, enrollment information did not contain permission for photography. 0460 (3) Assistant could not access children's health records during inspection and may not be able to access them in emergencies.
